Shipping & Delivery

A4-sized samples are available for $5.00 each and are delivered Australia-wide via standard post. Samples are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Samples let you see and feel the finish in person, check colour accuracy against your existing surfaces and confirm the product is right before ordering full rolls. We recommend ordering samples for any project where colour matching is important.

Full rolls are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment. Delivery to most Australian metro areas takes 5-10 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Freight pricing is calculated at checkout on the Footprint Creative ordering system based on your delivery address and order weight. Rolls are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

The minimum order for rolls is 5 linear metres per product. All rolls are 1220mm wide (standard).

Perth customers can collect orders from our Balcatta showroom at no additional shipping cost. Pickup is available during showroom hours:

We deliver to all Australian states and territories via freight. Interstate deliveries typically take 5-10 business days from dispatch. Freight costs are calculated based on weight, volume and destination and are displayed at checkout.

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us with your delivery address and order details for a custom shipping quote.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the freight carrier may need to inspect it.
